No data stored on our website
This website is a static information site. It has no database, no login and no server that collects or keeps your personal details. Anything you type into the booking form stays in your own browser.
How your booking details reach us
When you press the booking button, your browser opens WhatsApp (or your phone dialler) with a message prepared for you. Your details are shared with us only when you choose to send that message or make that call. Those conversations are handled by WhatsApp and your mobile network under their own terms.
How we use what you send
We use the name, phone number and preferences you send only to confirm and prepare your appointment. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Embedded map
Our location page embeds Google Maps so you can find us easily. Loading that map may involve Google receiving standard technical information such as your IP address, as described in Google's own privacy policy.
Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)
We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. It records pages viewed and when you tap our Call or WhatsApp buttons, along with technical data such as your IP address, browser and Meta cookies. This data is shared with Meta Platforms for ad measurement and optimisation. We never send your name, phone number or booking details. The Pixel is not loaded for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland. You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings or in your Facebook ad preferences.
